The Passenger Rights blog is sometimes just a place for you to let off some steam.
And no wonder; too often, “passenger rights” has more to do with our LACK of rights than anything else. You know what we’re talking about: the unending delays with no explanations; the abruptly cancelled flights with no offers of hotel rooms; the transatlantic flight with sewage spilling down the aisles (yes, that really happened).
We’d like to help; check this blog for news of outrages, and sometimes solutions. You will find anger in these pages, and occasionally, optimism.
FareCompare is concerned about passenger rights; we are carefully watching attempts to prod our legislators in Washington to come up with some form of protection for the flying public. And as always, we’re interested in what YOU think of all this.
